President of NAACP Lakeland Branch, Terry Coney, delivered a sermon titled, “What’s the Battle,  What’s the Plan and What’s the Strategy, “ as part of St. Mark UMC Black History Month Speaker series. He referred to scriptures Exodus 23:6-7, Luke 4:18 and 2 Corinthians 9:8-11.
